Reliable, reasonable, on time, professional and great work. My Garage door broke first thing this morning as I was leaving for work. I called at about 7:40 am and the phone was promptly answered. Team came out to fix my garage door and charged me less than what was quoted. It turns out my needs were not as great as expected so they did not make any repairs that were not necessary. I appreciate in a situation where they could’ve charged more, they were honest about the problem and the price.

I highly recommend this company! I backed into my garage door last week and it was bad. I was freaking out because I couldn't shut the door. Called Scooters and they came right out within 15 to 20 minutes, secured the door for me, gave me 3 options for repair and as of yesterday I have a brand new door at a fair price and couldn't be happier. Turn around time was only 1 week from ordering to installing. They also color matched my garage door with my house for me which was a HUGE PLUS!

I've used Scooter's Door Service for ten years. He's installed doors and both my old and my current house. He's installed new door openers, serviced my doors, and replaced some faulty parts. Scooter is the best. Both he and his son are professional, polite, and knowledgeable about garage doors. He does his work with integrity and cares about doing an excellent job. I trust him completely, and he stands by his work.

We choose this company because we thought they had the best door for the price.The doors were professionally installed and we were very satisfied. It has been 2 years now and I'm writing review because we needed follow up service, because we had something in our garage fall into the door while it was opening and damage it. They came out and fixed it without charge even though it was our fault.
